Eric Ridenour - Eric Ridenour is President of MergePower Inc and has nearly 20 years
of software development experience. Fifteen of those years were spent at Equifax Mortgage,
where he implemented systems that interfaced with several large lenders, including Fannie Mae,
Freddie Mac, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. He has extensive experience with credit
attributes and coded the scoring algorithm currently used nationally by Verizon Wireless.

Jorge Celaya - Jorge Celaya has served as Executive Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer of SITEL Corporation since 2003. Previously, he was Chief
Financial Officer for NPTest, Inc., a semiconductor capital equipment manufacturer.
He was also the chief financial executive of Schlumberger Network Solutions, a
global technology services, communications and IT outsourcing business.
M. Lee Marston - M Lee Marston is the Chairman of the Board, Emeritus of J.J.
Haines and Company, Inc.
John Reinhardt - John Reinhardt has 25 years of experience in the banking
industry. He is currently the Executive Director of the Oneida Chamber of Commerce
and was previously President of the Oneida Savings Bank of New York.
Yoshito Takeda - Yoshito Takeda has served as Director of the Tokyo Urban
Science Association since 1962. In 1988, the Japanese government appointed Mr. Takeda
as the Executive Director of a project to setup the central bank of Mongolia.
